Job Description
Morph is looking for a Public Relations & Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of all our media and public relations efforts. You will oversee the day-to-day public relations and media activities, including podcasts, webinars, press releases, media partnerships, journalist outreach, and news content. This role will act as a quasi-project manager that can move along projects, manage expectations, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global PR & Communications tactics including proactive media outreach, media interviews, announcements and securing speaking engagements and podcast opportunities for our company spokespeople
- Generate high impact thought leadership opportunities
- Create new PR & Communications campaigns and amplify existing campaigns
- Support global PR around all of our events
- Establish and maintain relationships with global media outlets and journalists
- Proactive pitching, reactive handling and active media monitoring
- Analyze and report PR & Communications coverage and outcomes
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in public relations and media management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic PR campaigns
- Experience in media outreach and securing high-profile opportunities
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on PR outcomes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
