Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage multiple social media platforms including Twitter, Medium, Reddit, and others to maximize product exposure and public understanding of our offerings
- Design and implement data-driven social media marketing campaigns aimed at cultivating user trust, loyalty, and long-term brand advocacy
- Organize and execute regular AMA (Ask Me Anything) events in both text-based and online voice formats to engage directly with audiences and build brand credibility
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Discord community, providing timely user support, addressing queries, and creating interactive content to drive community growth
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across social media channels and online communities to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR strategies with overall business objectives and market positioning
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication platforms while adapting to different audience segments
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare regular reports summarizing PR performance, community engagement metrics, and campaign outcomes for senior management review
- Implement crisis communication protocols to manage brand reputation during challenging situations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in public relations, digital marketing, or related fields with proven success in brand management
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their unique audience demographics, with hands-on experience in content creation and community management
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from social media analytics tools and community engagement platforms
- Proficiency in English and Chinese for effective communication with both international and local audiences
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with business goals and market trends
- Experience in organizing interactive events such as AMA sessions and live Q&A forums to engage with users
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques to improve online visibility
