Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Taiwan region. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for risk control and customer service positions, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting for risk control and customer service positions in Taiwan
- Develop recruitment plans based on job requirements, screen resumes, and arrange interviews
- Maintain and expand the local talent pool while exploring new recruitment channels
- Assist in optimizing the recruitment process to improve overall efficiency
- Follow up on candidate onboarding, regularization, and probationary feedback
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in risk control or customer service sectors
- Strong understanding of Taiwan's labor market and recruitment trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms and HR systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
