Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting for risk control and customer service positions in Taiwan
- Develop recruitment plans based on job requirements, screen resumes, and arrange interviews
- Maintain and expand the local talent pool while exploring new recruitment channels
- Assist in optimizing the recruitment process to improve overall efficiency
- Follow up on candidate onboarding, regularization, and probationary feedback
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in risk control or customer service sectors
- Strong understanding of Taiwan's labor market and recruitment trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms and HR systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
