Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the systematic evaluation of business processes to detect vulnerabilities and potential threats through in-depth analysis.
• Design and execute risk assessment frameworks, including scenario modeling, impact analysis, and mitigation planning.
• Monitor and verify risk control effectiveness through continuous data analysis and reporting mechanisms.
• Facilitate the integration of risk management practices into daily operations, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of issues.
• Support the development of risk control documentation, including risk registers, mitigation plans, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with IT and data science teams to enhance risk management capabilities through technological innovation.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in risk assessment methodologies and risk management frameworks with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and identify patterns that indicate potential risks.
• Excellent communication abilities to present risk findings and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of risk modeling techniques and statistical analysis tools to support data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Python programming language and SQL databases for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch for predictive risk modeling.
• Understanding of business process optimization and operational risk management principles.
• Ability to develop and maintain risk management systems that integrate with existing business infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex risk scenarios and develop innovative solutions.

Technical Skills
