Job Description
The Risk Control Data Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across business operations. This position is responsible for analyzing complex data sets to evaluate potential vulnerabilities in organizational processes, developing data-driven strategies to enhance risk management frameworks, and ensuring alignment between risk control measures and business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments by analyzing business processes and identifying potential risk points in diverse operational scenarios, including financial, compliance, and cybersecurity domains.
- Design and implement targeted risk control strategies, including response measures and mitigation plans, to minimize exposure and ensure business continuity.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define strategy and model requirements, ensuring seamless integration of risk analysis into decision-making processes.
- Participate in key stages of risk management workflows such as offline measurement of risk indicators, monitoring verification of control effectiveness, and analysis of risk mitigation outcomes.
- Lead the development and deployment of intelligent risk control systems, leveraging data analytics to create automated monitoring solutions and predictive models.
- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of risk control frameworks by evaluating system performance, identifying gaps, and proposing enhancements.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in risk analysis, preferably within finance, compliance, or operations management sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Expertise in Python and SQL programming, including data manipulation, automation, and database querying.
