Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our overseas markets and promote our Web3 game aggregation platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with potential customers, initiating sales, and driving business growth in the Web3 gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand overseas markets, promote the Web3 game aggregation platform, establish contact with potential customers, and initiate sales.
- Understand customer needs, provide professional product introductions and solutions, communicate and negotiate with customers, and reach sales agreements.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, continuously track project progress, ensure customer satisfaction; handle customer feedback and complaints, ensure smooth cooperation, and promote customer renewals and additional orders.
- Collect industry information and customer feedback, reach potential customers through multiple channels, and use market insight and analytical skills to guide customer transactions.
- Develop and execute sales plans, track sales targets and performance indicators, regularly report sales progress to management, analyze sales data, and adjust sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the Web3 or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and the gaming ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
