Senior Product Manager at AstroX

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Product Planning and Design
  • Plan and design exchange product functions (e.g., trading matching, asset system, control system, rebate system, task center) in alignment with company strategy.
  • Analyze market competitors (e.g., Binance, Bybit, Bitget) and propose innovative product solutions.
  • Write PRD documents, design interactive prototypes, and coordinate with teams to drive R&D and product launch.
• Project Promotion and Implementation
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirement review, development follow-up, testing, and launch.
  • Coordinate project quality, timelines, and resources to ensure key milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with development, testing, UI, operations, and control teams to drive rapid product iteration.
• Data Analysis and Continuous Optimization
  • Analyze platform data (e.g., registration conversion, trading activity, user retention) to propose product optimization strategies.
  • Track user behavior, gather feedback, and refine user experience.
  • Support operational activities (e.g., airdrops, event centers, tag usage) by implementing product requirements.
• Risk and Compliance Awareness
  • Understand compliance and control principles, contributing to anti-arbitrage mechanism design.
  • Mitigate design flaws and industrial exploitation risks based on industry norms and human behavior insights.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and competitor strategies.
• Proficiency in writing PRDs, designing prototypes, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and user experience optimization.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and anti-fraud mechanisms in financial products.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
