Job Description
1. Tiered User Operation in Live Trading Environment Develop differentiated operation strategies based on exchange user classification system (e.g., novice/active/high-net-worth/institutional users), achieving user reach, conversion and retention for each tier; Address exclusive service requirements of different user tiers, coordinate resources across customer service, risk control and product departments to ensure premium user experience and basic user conversion efficiency; Monitor user lifecycle data to identify churn risks and growth opportunities, delivering actionable user operation optimization proposals.
2. Operation Campaign Planning & Rapid Execution Deconstruct business objectives into specific campaign requirements, independently complete end-to-end processes including campaign design, rule setting, cross-department coordination and launch; Adjust campaign strategies in real-time based on user behavior data and performance feedback to ensure goal achievement with controlled risks; Establish standardized campaign SOPs to improve execution efficiency and avoid repetitive trial-and-error.
3. Data-Driven Operation Decisions Build core operation dashboards to monitor key metrics including trading volume, activity rate, conversion rate and ROI, identifying operational bottlenecks; Validate operation strategies through data analysis, produce review reports with iteration suggestions to drive continuous optimization; Assist in building user tagging systems and data tracking standards to provide data foundation for refined operations.
4. 0-to-1 Operation System Development Participate in establishing live trading operation processes, tools and communication frameworks from scratch, bridging operational capability gaps between simulated and real trading environments; Collect user feedback and competitor intelligence to drive product optimization and operation strategy upgrades; Collaborate with compliance and risk control teams for pre-assessment of campaign risks, ensuring all actions meet regulatory requirements and platform security standards.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years cryptocurrency exchange operation experience, having completed 0-to-1 exchange operation lifecycle with proven success cases in live trading environment
- Proficient in tiered user operation, understanding demand differences and operation approaches for retail/whale/institutional users
- Strong logical thinking to decompose complex operation requirements, skilled in SQL/Excel for user data analysis with data-driven operation capability
- Excellent execution to quickly implement strategies, adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic exchange environment
