Job Description
1. Tiered User Operations in Live Trading Environment Based on the exchange's user classification system (e.g., novice/active/high-net-worth/institutional users), develop differentiated operational strategies to achieve user outreach, conversion, and retention for each tier. Address the exclusive service needs of different user tiers by coordinating resources across customer service, risk control, and product departments to ensure premium user experience and conversion efficiency for basic users. Monitor user lifecycle data to identify churn risks and growth opportunities, delivering actionable user operation optimization plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Rapid Execution: Deconstruct business objectives into specific operational campaign requirements, independently design campaign plans, establish rules, facilitate cross-department collaboration, and manage end-to-end execution.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Build core user operation dashboards to track key metrics (trading volume, activity, conversion rate, ROI), identify operational bottlenecks, and validate strategy effectiveness through data analysis.
- 0-to-1 Operational System Development: Participate in building live-trading operational processes, tools, and communication frameworks from scratch, bridging the gap between simulated and real trading environments.
- Risk & Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with compliance and risk control teams to conduct pre-assessment of operational activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and platform security standards.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of cryptocurrency exchange operations experience with proven success cases in live-trading user operations, including participation in 0-to-1 exchange development phases.
- Expertise in tiered user operations with deep understanding of different user segments (retail/whale/institutional) and corresponding operational methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to independently deconstruct complex operational requirements, proficient in SQL/Excel for user data analysis.
- Exceptional execution capability to rapidly implement operational strategies in fast-paced, dynamic exchange environments.
