Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of risk management system: Responsible for the overall architecture design and development of the platform risk management system.
• Risk monitoring and warning: Develop risk monitoring tools to promptly detect and warn of abnormal trading behavior and potential risks.
• Cross departmental collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as technology, product, operations, and auditing to conduct risk assessment and management.
• Data analysis and reporting: Analyze through big data analysis techniques to identify potential risk points. Regularly submit risk assessment reports and improvement suggestions.
• Other work tasks arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in system development, preferably in risk management or financial systems
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with big data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial technology or trading platforms
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms for risk detection
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and distributed systems
• Certifications in risk management or related fields
