Job Description
As a User Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing marketing activities and conversion mechanisms throughout the entire user lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to welfare centers, task systems, activity hubs, and cross-channel collaborations, with the goal of continuously improving product performance and user experience.
You will proactively optimize product pathways, system workflows, and user experiences by refining activity mechanics, risk control strategies, and other operational tools to enhance core business metrics.
Collaboration is key in this role—you will coordinate resources across design, development, and operations teams to ensure rapid implementation of product solutions. Additionally, you will drive continuous iteration based on data feedback and user behavior analysis.
Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor movements is essential. You will identify potential challenges and growth opportunities, aligning them with business objectives and user feedback to drive product evolution, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement user lifecycle marketing strategies to boost engagement and retention.
- Optimize product flows, system processes, and UX to improve key performance indicators.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
- Analyze data and user behavior to refine product features and operational tools.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate decentralized exchange (DEX) integrations and on-chain account models for feasibility.
- Research unified account architectures of leading exchanges to inform internal benchmarks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years in user growth or related product management roles. Prior success in user growth initiatives or exchange platforms is a plus.
- Deep familiarity with Web3.0/blockchain ecosystems and crypto-native user behaviors.
- Strong product planning, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize needs, think user-first, and leverage data-driven decision-making.
- Creative problem-solving with keen attention to product details and UX design.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable with a high sense of ownership.
