Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the planning and design of Web3 wallet, on-chain data, trading, and asset analytics products. The ideal candidate will combine user needs, on-chain data, and industry trends to develop core product features such as Token analytics, market trends, trading interfaces, wallet functionalities, and address profiling.
This role involves in-depth research into areas like Meme tokens, contract trading, RWA (Real World Assets), DEX (Decentralized Exchanges), and trending on-chain assets to identify new product opportunities. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from requirement analysis, solution design, prototyping to development and launch.
Collaboration with R&D, design, operations, and marketing teams is essential to ensure high-quality product delivery. Continuous analysis of leading Web3 wallets, DEX platforms, and trading products will be required to drive iterative improvements. The candidate should leverage market trends, user behaviors, and on-chain player needs to create differentiated and competitive product features.
Staying updated with emerging Web3 protocols, new asset classes, trading models, and industry developments is crucial to quickly adapt these insights into product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Token, market, trading, wallet, and address profiling features
- Research Meme, contract trading, RWA, DEX, and trending on-chain assets for new opportunities
- Manage full product lifecycle from analysis to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product implementation
- Analyze competitors and drive product iterations
- Create differentiated features based on market trends and user needs
- Stay updated with Web3 protocols, assets, and trading models
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of product management experience, particularly in Web3. Deep understanding and practical experience with on-chain transactions is essential. Familiarity with Meme tokens, on-chain contracts, DEX, RWA, and other Web3 products is required.
Comprehensive knowledge of mainstream Web3 wallets and trading products like OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, Phantom, MetaMask, and Bitget Wallet is necessary. Prior experience in designing Web3 wallets, trading platforms, market data products is preferred.
Strong independent product design capabilities including requirement analysis, product architecture, interaction logic, and PRD documentation are required. Deep understanding of on-chain user behaviors, trading paths, wallet experiences, and asset discovery scenarios is crucial.
Excellent user insight, data analysis, and logical reasoning skills are expected. High sensitivity to Web3 industry trends with ability to quickly translate market trends into product solutions is essential. Innovative thinking beyond competitor replication to design industry-leading products is valued.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Web3 Wallet/DEX/Aggregator/Trading/On-chain Data products
- Background in Meme trading, Smart Money, address profiling, Token discovery, or on-chain market trends
- Familiarity with Solana/EVM ecosystems and major protocols
- Active on-chain user with real DeFi, Meme, RWA or trading experience
- Experience in independently building products from 0 to 1
- Thoughts on AI + Web3, smart trading, or automated trading
