Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Smart Contract Developer to focus on building, operating, and securing high-value on-chain asset vault systems. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of core business logic, including deposit/withdrawal vaults, cross-chain asset management, and related functionalities. This role demands exceptional attention to fund security and extreme risk control, making it ideal for seasoned experts who have managed large-scale on-chain assets and possess deep knowledge of DeFi attack vectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Contract Development: Architect, code, and deploy on-chain asset vaults (Vault), deposit/withdrawal protocols, and related DeFi modules.
- Security Mechanism Design: Implement multi-signature management, timelocks, circuit breakers, emergency pause functions, and other high-level fund protection systems.
- On-Chain Asset Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of deployed contracts, monitor on-chain anomalies, and optimize gas usage, refactoring, and upgrades (e.g., proxy patterns) for secure and seamless operations.
- Audit & Risk Control: Collaborate with top-tier international audit firms, develop comprehensive unit and fuzz tests, lead vulnerability fixes, and ensure zero-bug deployment standards.
Job Requirements
- Mandatory Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, with 3+ years of hands-on blockchain smart contract development experience.
- Core Languages: Proficiency in Solidity and familiarity with mainstream frameworks like Hardhat/Foundry. Multi-chain (EVM + Wasm) development experience is a plus.
- Vault Development Experience: Must have practical experience building deposit/withdrawal vaults (e.g., Astar) or core vaults for major DEXs, with deep understanding of on-chain fund reconciliation and settlement logic.
- Large-Scale Fund Management: Must have led or significantly contributed to high-value (e.g., TVL $10M+) on-chain projects in development and operations.
- Security Expertise: Deep knowledge of common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, flash loan attacks, sandwich attacks, privilege escalation, overflows) and ability to conduct independent threat modeling.
- Foundational Knowledge: Strong cryptography background, with expertise in multi-sig wallets (e.g., Gnosis Safe), timelocks, and cross-chain bridge security mechanisms.
