Key Responsibilities

• Community Strategy Development and Execution
  • Develop and execute community strategies for exchange users and KOLs to enhance the brand's influence in the global cryptocurrency community.
  • Regularly optimize community strategies based on market dynamics and user needs.
• Community Management and Interaction
  • Manage communities through channels such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc., to promote high-quality interaction and user participation.
  • Monitor community emotions, collect and provide feedback on user feedback, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• User Growth and Retention
  • Design and implement a user growth plan to attract new users and increase the activity of existing users.
  • Organize online and offline activities to enhance the stickiness between users and KOLs.
• Cross Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, public relations, product and other teams to ensure that community operations are aligned with company strategy.
  • Utilize community feedback to assist in optimizing product experience.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse community members.
• Ability to analyze market trends and user feedback to refine community strategies.
• Experience in organizing both online and offline events to boost user engagement.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
