Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance PancakeSwap's brand visibility across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and Telegram.
• Collaborate with community managers to plan and execute community-driven activities, including contests, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and educational campaigns, ensuring alignment with user needs and platform dynamics.
• Monitor user interactions and feedback in real-time, providing timely responses to inquiries and addressing concerns across all social media channels while maintaining a professional and approachable tone.
• Utilize sentiment analysis tools and engagement metrics to evaluate audience behavior, refine content approaches, and optimize marketing efforts through data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to the creation of high-quality content (text, images, videos) that resonates with PancakeSwap's target audience and promotes product adoption, incorporating storytelling and visual creativity to enhance user experience.
• Support the cultivation of a vibrant, inclusive, and active global community by fostering user participation and engagement through targeted outreach, localized campaigns, and community-building initiatives.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, click-through rates, community sentiment, and engagement metrics to measure the impact of social initiatives and report findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and user preferences to ensure PancakeSwap's social media strategy remains competitive and relevant, leveraging insights to adapt and innovate.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives across all touchpoints.
• Manage and analyze social media performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the blockchain or DeFi space, with a strong track record of driving engagement and brand growth through creative campaigns and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling messages and respond effectively to user inquiries in multiple languages (English, Vietnamese, Chinese, etc.), ensuring clarity and cultural relevance in all interactions.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, social media dashboards, and sentiment analysis software to evaluate performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborative team player capable of working closely with community managers, marketing teams, and product developers to align initiatives with business goals and ensure cross-departmental synergy.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels, with a focus on scalability and global reach.
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.) and familiarity with trending formats such as reels, carousels, and live streams to produce visually engaging and interactive material.
