Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily content editing and soft article promotion of social media accounts in the Russia/Ukraine/CIS region
• Monitor and analyze content effectiveness and account growth metrics
• Understand regional hot topics and fashion trends to create compelling promotional copy
• Track operational data and conversion effectiveness to optimize strategies
• Build social media presence from scratch across multiple platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, X, YouTube)
• Create content that attracts attention and maintains high fan interaction
• Increase fan base and post coverage through strategic content creation
• Potentially expand and lead a social media team as needs grow

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management
• Deep understanding of CIS region culture, especially Russia and Ukraine
• Ability to identify and leverage trending topics effectively
• Strong analytical skills to track and interpret social media metrics
• Experience with multiple social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Creative writing skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
• Self-starter who can build social media presence from the ground up
• Potential to grow into a team leadership role
• Native or fluent Russian/Ukrainian language skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media advertising and paid promotions
• Graphic design or video editing skills
• Previous experience in building social media communities
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques
