Job Description
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Short Video Content Strategist to develop and implement engaging video content across platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. This role focuses on maximizing brand exposure through strategic content planning, ecosystem development, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a short video content strategy, including planning, publishing, and optimizing content across multiple platforms.
- Design and improve the account matrix to establish a robust content ecosystem for main and auxiliary accounts.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce creative videos aligned with brand tone, covering hot topics, product placements, industry insights, and community interactions.
- Analyze platform data (views, completion rates, engagement rates) to develop growth strategies and enhance account traffic.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content and promotion strategies for improved ROI.
- Connect with KOL resources for cooperative videos and collaborative promotions to boost brand influence in the Web3 space.
- Coordinate internal teams and outsourced resources (e.g., video production, advertising teams) to ensure project success.
- Plan and execute platform events like challenges, lucky draws, and community interactions to drive user conversion.
- Align video content with product releases and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in short video content strategy, platform management, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and brand-aligned content.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools to track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Experience collaborating with KOLs, content creators, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to plan and execute interactive events to boost user engagement and conversion.
- Knowledge of Web3 and blockchain-related content is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
