Job Description
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's social media presence across multiple platforms. The primary focus will be on creating engaging content, maintaining audience interaction, and leveraging viral opportunities to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, translating creative ideas into compelling social media strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars, including posting material (primarily provided by the content team, but occasionally requiring original creation) to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Design and manage interactive campaigns such as polls, quizzes, and other quick engagement formats to foster community participation and increase follower activity.
  • Respond to audience comments with a strong sense of humor and wit, ensuring replies reflect the brand's personality while maintaining professionalism and appropriateness.
  • Engage with followers through likes, comments, and direct messages, building relationships and encouraging ongoing interaction with the brand's content.
  • Monitor and analyze trending topics, particularly on TikTok, to identify opportunities for viral content creation and engagement. This includes leaving humorous or clever comments that have the potential to generate significant audience interest.
  • Collaborate with other brands, creators, and influencers to co-create content and expand reach through cross-platform partnerships.
  • Stay updated on social media algorithms and platform-specific best practices to maximize content visibility and engagement metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of creative strategies that build intrigue, encourage user-generated content, and strengthen the brand's online presence.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to craft humorous and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement tactics, including comment moderation, DM response protocols, and interactive content creation.
  • Ability to analyze social media trends and adapt content strategies to align with current platform dynamics and user preferences.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketing specialists, and brand strategists.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and refine content approaches.
  • Knowledge of viral content mechanics and the ability to create shareable, meme-worthy material that drives organic growth.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of engagement and responsiveness.
