Job Description
This position is responsible for the comprehensive management and execution of social media operations across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and community growth. The role involves creating and implementing content strategies, monitoring trends, collaborating with partners, analyzing data, and addressing user feedback to optimize online presence and achieve business objectives. As a key member of the marketing team, the candidate will be tasked with developing a cohesive social media framework that aligns with organizational goals while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute daily content operation and promotion plans for project social media platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), ensuring timely implementation and continuous monitoring of results to align with project goals.
  • Identify and track industry hot topics, leveraging them to design engaging daily or special campaigns that enhance user interaction, promote brand visibility, and drive product service awareness.
  • Collaborate with external partners to plan and execute promotional activities, strategically expanding brand reach and strengthening user recognition through cross-platform coordination.
  • Integrate real-time data from social media platforms, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to refine future content strategies and operational directions.
  • Monitor user feedback and community sentiment across platforms, promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues to maintain a positive brand image and foster trust.
