Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement gameplay systems and mechanics for metaverse, Web3, crypto games, and multiplayer features using the Unity Engine and SDKs such as Photon Pun, Photon Fusion, and Mirror
• Collaborate with the art and design teams to integrate gameplay into the game
• Maintain and optimize game performance using the Unity Engine
• Design and implement efficient workflows and pipelines to streamline the production process using the Unity Engine
• Mentor junior team members and assist with their development
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in game development, including metaverse, Web3, crypto games, and multiplayer features

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Unity Engine
• Strong proficiency in C# programming and Unity scripting
• Experience with multiplayer game development and SDKs such as Photon Pun, Photon Fusion, and Mirror
• Knowledge of metaverse, Web3, and crypto game development trends
• Ability to optimize game performance and implement efficient workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain technology and smart contracts
• Familiarity with VR/AR development in Unity
• Published games or projects in the metaverse or Web3 space
• Knowledge of shader programming and graphics optimization
