Job Description
This role focuses on technical recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring process from initial candidate screening to the successful integration of new hires into the company. The position involves creating policies, managing recruitment operations, and providing comprehensive onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create policies and handbooks detailing company recruitment operations
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from opening the PRF to the first day of joining
  • Research and identify excellent candidates through various sources
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate internal interview and assessment processes
  • Email new hires with company details, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes
  • Welcome new hires with prepared onboarding kits and office tours
  • Introduce new hires to their team members
  • Provide new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords as needed
  • Detail initial tasks for new hires and address any queries
  • Ensure new hires receive necessary technical assistance for hardware and software setup
  • Gather and file all new hire paperwork, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements
  • Arrange product and company demos and presentations
  • Maintain frequent communication via phone, in-person, and email to deliver consistent messages
  • Coordinate required new employee paperwork and computer equipment orders
  • Follow up to ensure quality of deliverables
Framework, Boundaries of Work, Authority & Decision Making
  • Operates within the boundaries of the Organizational Chart; other positions require CPO/CEO approval
  • Has authority to filter candidates and conduct full research until selected candidates are sent for interviews
  • Can propose and negotiate salaries and benefits on behalf of the company
  • Must develop and implement onboarding procedures according to company policies
Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in technical recruitment and onboarding processes is highly preferred. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service for new hires.
