Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's technology development strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead and manage the R&D team including product managers, backend engineers, testing engineers, and researchers
• Supervise and coordinate technical project progress and quality to ensure timely completion
• Monitor industry technology trends and promote technological innovation
• Optimize R&D resource allocation and team structure to improve efficiency
• Establish and maintain high standards for code quality and technical documentation
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and other departments to support business development
• Identify technical risks and develop appropriate risk management plans

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology development with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing R&D teams and delivering successful technical projects
• Strong understanding of current technology trends and innovation methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication and cross-department collaboration skills
• Experience in resource allocation and team structure optimization
• Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability

• Experience in the same industry as our company
• Advanced degree in technology or business management
• Certification in project management or agile methodologies
• Experience with international teams or projects
