Technical Lead at GRVT

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of core backend systems, including:
  • Edge Services: Product Backend, Notification Server, Authentication Server.
  • Smart Contract Sync: Ensuring consistency between smart contract data and our databases.
  • Native wallet enhancement: Work on optimising the performance of our wallet.
  • Testing: Enhance quality by adding unit/regression tests.
• Oversee functional projects such as:
  • KYC processes for onboarding.
  • Marketing and rewards build.
  • Development and maintenance of internal portals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Web/Mobile engineering teams.
• Strengthen GRVT’s authentication technology stack by working closely with the Head of Security to enhance security features like multi-factor authentication (MFA), WebAuthn, and secure session management.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in backend system development and architecture.
• Proficiency in smart contract synchronization and database management.
• Knowledge of authentication technologies like MFA and WebAuthn.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
• Ability to optimize performance and implement robust testing strategies.
