Lead and manage the development of core backend systems, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core backend systems including:
- Product Backend, Notification Server, Authentication Server
- Smart Contract Sync: Ensuring consistency between smart contract data and databases
- Native wallet enhancement: Optimizing wallet performance
- Enhance quality assurance by implementing unit/regression tests
- Oversee functional projects:
- KYC processes for user onboarding
- Marketing and rewards system development
- Internal portal development and maintenance
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Web/Mobile engineering teams
- Strengthen authentication technology stack with security features like MFA, WebAuthn, and secure session management
Required Skills
- Proven experience in backend system development
- Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and security best practices
- Experience with smart contract integration
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and optimization skills
