Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full process testing of the company's product line, developing testing plans, establishing and maintaining testing environments.
• Conduct comprehensive and standardized functional/performance testing of the system according to the testing process to ensure product quality.
• Develop and apply testing tools, automation systems, and quality assurance infrastructure to improve testing efficiency.
• Conduct continuous integration optimization to support rapid iteration of the team.
• Quickly understand product requirements, deeply analyze system architecture, and communicate effectively with product and development teams.
• Help analyze and solve problems, summarize testing execution progress, and influence team quality awareness.
• Track and locate feedback issues, support quick team responses, and assist in resolution.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in full-process testing, including test planning, environment setup, and execution.
• Proficiency in developing and applying testing tools and automation systems.
• Ability to conduct functional and performance testing following standardized processes.
• Experience with continuous integration and optimization to enhance testing efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
