Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire exchange testing process from requirement analysis to final quality assessment
- Conduct design reviews and develop comprehensive testing plans
- Design and execute detailed test cases to validate system functionality
- Track and manage defects throughout the development lifecycle
- Perform thorough software quality analysis and reporting
- Innovate and improve testing processes, strategies, and methodologies
- Develop and implement advanced testing tools to enhance efficiency
- Continuously monitor and improve testing quality and productivity metrics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in exchange systems
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with test case design and execution
- Proficiency in defect tracking and quality analysis tools
- Ability to innovate testing processes and implement improvements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus
