Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking users via online customer service platforms, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional manner

• Ensure consistency in terminology across all translated content while maintaining the original message's intent and context
• Support the localization of MEXC's services for German-speaking markets, including adapting content to cultural nuances and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements
