Job Description
We are seeking a talented Brand Visual Designer to lead CoinRoll's brand and UI/UX design initiatives. You will be responsible for creating a cohesive visual identity across all platforms while enhancing user experience through data-driven design approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CoinRoll's brand visual upgrade including logo redesign, color system, typography, and graphic language that balances Meme culture with professionalism (reference: Pump.fun's fun + Uniswap's simplicity)
- Develop comprehensive brand design standards to ensure visual consistency across Web, App, and social media platforms
- Upgrade and optimize existing trading platform UI/UX to improve user experience (e.g., intuitive token launch process, smoother K-line interactions)
- Design engaging animations (e.g., successful trading effects, liquidity pool visualization)
- Establish reusable design component libraries to enhance team collaboration efficiency
- Optimize key pages (trading panels, asset lists) through user behavior analysis (heat maps, click-through rates)
- Collaborate with growth teams to design high-conversion Landing Pages and Activity Pages
- Build a multi-platform design system with Meme-inspired cross-platform design language (Web/App/Extension)
- Create a unique DeFi component library with distinctive design elements
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in brand design and UI/UX for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand visual systems and UI improvements
- Expertise in creating design systems and component libraries
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and prototyping tools
- Understanding of DeFi/crypto culture and ability to incorporate Meme elements tastefully
- Data-driven design approach with experience in user behavior analysis
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to balance creativity with functional design requirements
- Experience in animation design and micro-interactions is a plus
- Knowledge of front-end development constraints is beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech or cryptocurrency platforms
- Familiarity with trading platforms and their UI/UX challenges
- Understanding of Web3 design principles
- Background in motion graphics or interactive design
