Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for mining products, covering both PC and mobile devices.
• Participate in product requirement analysis, develop comprehensive design plans, and create high-fidelity prototypes.
• Establish and maintain design standards to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to drive the implementation of design solutions.
• Continuously optimize user experience to enhance product competitiveness.
• Apply design thinking supported by theory to create innovative solutions.
• Utilize data-driven design optimization, leveraging user feedback and analytics to refine interfaces.
• Work with product managers, developers, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Participate in user research to understand needs and iterate designs based on feedback.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for both web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into design improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is beneficial but not required.
