Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute website layouts, balancing content hierarchy, visual hierarchy, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented across all platforms.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to refine design solutions and improve engagement metrics.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to maintain innovation while adhering to brand standards.
• Manage design workflows, from ideation to final delivery, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness, with a focus on seamless user experiences across devices.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language for social media channels, including graphics, banners, and interactive content.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, branding, and web design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for creating and refining visual assets.
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform development requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.
