Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- User Lifecycle Management: Master user acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and recall processes. Develop differentiated strategies for various user segments to improve activity levels, retention rates, and transaction frequency.
- Campaign Execution: Independently plan and execute user operation campaigns, control timelines, optimize processes, and conduct post-campaign analysis for continuous improvement.
- User Insight Analysis: Analyze user data to identify needs and pain points, produce analytical reports, and optimize strategies. Proficiency in data analysis tools is preferred.
- Key User Maintenance: Build and maintain relationships with core users through effective communication, addressing needs and complaints to enhance brand reputation.
- Channel Operations: Manage various user acquisition channels, expand partnerships, and optimize ROI for precise user acquisition.
Job Requirements
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with exchange industry rules, business models, and competitive landscape. Financial knowledge is preferred.
- Compliance Awareness: Strong understanding of compliance and risk control regulations to ensure all operations adhere to legal requirements.
- Professional Skills: Highly responsible, execution-oriented, and resilient under pressure. Excellent teamwork and cross-department communication skills with innovative thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in exchange user operations.
- Successful track record in user growth, community management, or membership system development (data-supported cases preferred).
- Knowledge of blockchain/cryptocurrency or relevant financial certifications.
- Exceptional copywriting skills for creating marketing materials.
