- Develop wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and interactive prototypes at varying levels of fidelity (low to high) to communicate design ideas effectively and test user interactions.
- Document research findings and design decisions in clear, concise, and professional formats, including user personas, journey maps, and requirement specifications, to support cross-functional team alignment.
- Participate in iterative design reviews and feedback sessions to refine user interface elements, ensuring accessibility, usability, and visual consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance your skill set and contribute innovative solutions to the team's projects.

- Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator, with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey design concepts to stakeholders, developers, and end-users while receiving and incorporating feedback.
- Ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints, ensuring designs are both visually compelling and feasible for implementation.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices to create equitable user experiences for diverse audiences.
- Basic familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand how design elements translate into functional code.
