Position Title
Spot Business Development Specialist / Overseas Spot BD
Work Type
Remote / Subject to company arrangement

Job Responsibilities
Develop spot listing opportunities, token projects, and Web3 ecosystem resources.
Communicate and negotiate with project teams to promote spot listing, business cooperation, and resource collaboration.
Maintain relationships with project teams and follow up on listing procedures, required materials, and cooperation progress.
Expand industry resources, including KOLs, communities, VCs, incubators, market makers, and other Web3 partners.
Regularly organize potential project pipelines, cooperation status, and business development reports.
Work closely with the company’s business strategy to achieve spot business development and performance targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in crypto exchanges, project teams, market makers, VCs, or Web3 BD roles.
Proven experience in successfully promoting token listings or business partnerships.
Strong and stable project-side or overseas market resources.

Requirements
Experience in Web3, crypto exchanges, project teams, token listing, or business development is preferred.
Familiar with spot trading, token listing processes, crypto market dynamics, and project cooperation models.
Existing resources in project teams, listing channels, KOLs, or Web3 ecosystems are highly preferred.
Strong communication, business negotiation, and resource integration skills.
Ability to independently develop clients and drive cooperation with a result-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
