Job Description
Location: Remote Working Hours: Shift-based (covering 24/7, three shifts)
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of English-speaking communities (Telegram/Discord).
- Provide timely and professional responses to user inquiries (including trading, account, deposit/withdrawal, and other issues).
- Guide users through basic operations such as registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and trading processes.
- Monitor community sentiment to identify potential risks or negative feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle exceptions, complaints, and emergencies.
- Maintain community order by managing violations, advertisements, and malicious behavior.
- Collect user feedback and summarize common issues for internal review.
- Assist in executing community activities (e.g., campaigns, AMAs, operational tasks) to enhance engagement.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (fluent communication required; spoken English is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or community operations for cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Familiarity with basic Web3 concepts (wallets, transfers, gas fees, networks, etc.).
- Proficient in using community tools like Telegram and Discord.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick response times.
- Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts and weekends).
- Basic Excel skills for data recording.
- Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and teamwork spirit.
