Job Description
The Contract Trading Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of derivative trading products, from requirement analysis to post-launch optimization. This role requires deep understanding of financial derivatives and risk management frameworks in digital asset trading environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirement analysis, product design, development coordination, and iterative optimization for contract trading product lines
- Design tiered user experience solutions and enhance trading tools including leverage settings, take-profit/stop-loss mechanisms, risk notifications, and position management features
- Develop strategy template libraries, trading data visualization systems, and community sharing mechanisms to boost user engagement, retention, and trading volume
- Collaborate with risk control, security, and compliance teams to implement product solutions for risk identification, watchlist management, margin controls, and liquidation mechanisms
- Design user interaction flows and handling procedures for abnormal trading scenarios, establishing comprehensive risk monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Monitor and analyze core product metrics (trading volume, open interest, risk exposure) to drive continuous improvement in user experience and risk management capabilities
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of product management experience in internet, finance or related fields, with proven track record in contract trading products or financial derivatives risk control modules
- Thorough understanding of contract trading mechanics including margin trading, leverage principles, and liquidation protocols
- Knowledge of financial security systems, including user risk profiling, trading limit management, and compliance procedures
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional initiatives in diverse team environments
- Experience in cryptocurrency derivatives trading platforms preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related quantitative field
