Key Responsibilities - BD Intern
- Market Expansion: Responsible for business development in assigned regions (CIS/Europe/Vietnam), identifying potential partners and community resources
- Community Management: Establish connections with local Web3 communities to enhance brand awareness and user growth
- Partnership Support: Assist in coordinating with project teams, partners and media resources to ensure smooth project execution
- Industry Research: Monitor Web3 industry trends in assigned regions, analyze market information and provide strategic recommendations
- Cross-team Collaboration: Maintain close communication with team members and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements - BD Intern
- Education: Current senior or graduated within 2 years from domestic universities
- Interest: Strong passion for Web3 and blockchain fields, with relevant knowledge or practical experience preferred
- Communication: Excellent English speaking and writing skills, strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Learning: Self-motivated with quick adaptation to new fields and ability to propose feasible solutions
- Work Arrangement: Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently in remote work environment

- Track development trends in Web3, blockchain and CEX fields
- Collect, organize and analyze industry information, project data and market trends
- Prepare industry briefings, in-depth reports and competitor analysis
Job Requirements - User Growth Intern
- Bachelor's degree or above with passion for Web3 and basic understanding of blockchain industry
- Strong information retrieval, data analysis and logical thinking skills
- Excellent English reading ability to independently process English materials
- Background in finance, economics or computer science preferred
- Prior Web3 internship experience preferred
