This position is primarily responsible for managing and operating DC/TG communities and related platforms, enhancing community engagement and efficiency through the introduction and management of BOT tools. Continuous optimization of community interaction strategies is required to ensure user participation and content quality. Additionally, the role involves promoting communities across multiple channels, guiding user discussions, and fostering a positive atmosphere. Furthermore, expanding new user acquisition through external resources, increasing holder numbers, and conducting public opinion guidance and content management on various platforms are essential.

- Oversee all aspects of DC/TG communities, including user interactions, content updates, and event planning, ensuring stable operation and sustained growth.
- Manage the introduction, configuration, and daily maintenance of BOT tools to improve community operational efficiency and optimize user experience through automation.
- Develop and execute community content promotion plans, leveraging trending topics to guide discussions and enhance engagement and user retention.
- Monitor and guide public opinion on mainstream social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Reddit, Telegram) to maintain the community's reputation.
- Design and implement user acquisition strategies, attracting potential members through online and offline channels to expand community size and activity.
- Regularly analyze community data, including user behavior, topic popularity, and BOT performance, providing optimization suggestions and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop community operation plans, coordinate resources to achieve goals, and align community growth with company strategy.
任职要求
- 1+ years of experience in community operations or related fields, with familiarity in the cryptocurrency industry and community ecosystems.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Telegram, Discord, Reddit) and their operational rules, along with expertise in BOT development and management tools.
- Strong communication skills and user insight, capable of accurately identifying user needs and formulating effective engagement strategies.
- Skilled in data analysis, able to track operational performance and optimize plans using tools like Google Analytics and community management platforms.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Chinese) to communicate effectively with global users and adapt to multicultural environments.
- Experience in content creation and topic planning, with the ability to independently produce high-quality operational content and guide user discussions.
- Team-oriented mindset, capable of collaborating closely with product, marketing, and technical departments to drive project implementation.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., community management, digital marketing) or technical background is a plus.
