核心职责

• Conduct full hosting duties including opening speeches, agenda control, and closing summaries
• Collaborate with event planning teams to develop and implement meeting procedures
• Manage participant registration and seating arrangements to ensure orderly events
• Operate professional equipment for live demonstrations, including projectors and audio systems
• Monitor meeting progress in real-time, adjust time allocation, and coordinate speaking orders
• Handle on-site emergencies such as technical failures or conflicts to ensure smooth proceedings
• Collect participant feedback to optimize future event organization and execution
• Maintain venue cleanliness and ensure thematic setup requirements are met

任职要求

• Bachelor's degree or above with strong communication and crowd control skills
• 1+ years of hosting or event planning experience, familiar with various meeting formats
• Proficient in operating conference equipment with basic technical support capabilities
• Excellent crisis management skills to quickly resolve on-site emergencies
• Standard Mandarin proficiency with strong language organization skills, adaptable to multilingual environments
• Knowledge of meeting etiquette to appropriately handle participant interaction needs
• Team player capable of effective cross-departmental collaboration
• Relevant certifications (e.g., hosting qualifications, first aid) preferred
• Strong time management skills to precisely control meeting pace
• Familiar with event flow design, able to independently plan meeting programs
