Key Account Manager
Job Description: 1. Client Maintenance and New Client Acquisition - Follow up and maintain client relationships (e.g., VIP clients, medium-net-worth clients, high-volume payment card clients), establishing long-term trust and providing personalized investment advice. - Offer one-on-one services to clients, such as promptly addressing issues related to asset deposits/withdrawals, transaction anomalies, coin listing information, API connectivity, etc. Recommend suitable financial products to clients and explain product features, risks, and returns.
