Job Description: Contract Business Customer Complaint Operations – Responsible for enhancing the user experience of contract trading, requiring expertise in contracts and customer complaint resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Gain an in-depth understanding of contract product mechanisms (leverage, liquidation, funding rates, etc.), and continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory policies, and competitor dynamics. - Analyze user trading behaviors and needs, and produce reports on product optimization and market opportunities. - Efficiently handle customer complaints and trading disputes (e.g., liquidation disputes, system issues).
