Job Description
MixMarvel is a leading provider and investor of Web3 gaming infrastructure. We provide a blockchain compatible with EVM - Rangers Protocol - to power our SDK toolkit, aimed at helping content creators smoothly transition to Web3. As investors, we support all Web3 domains to promote growth. Overall, MixMarvel serves as a comprehensive Web3 entity: provider, investor, incubator, and publisher. The main responsibility of the Business Development Manager is to drive the progress of our collaborative projects by establishing and maintaining partnerships within the Web3 and cryptocurrency industries. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and develop opportunities, ensuring the successful execution and management of collaborative projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for product integration projects with partner organizations, ensuring smooth and effective integration processes.
  • Coordinate and execute joint promotional activities with collaborative teams to optimize public awareness and audience engagement.
  • Identify and cultivate potential partnerships in the Web3 and cryptocurrency fields.
  • Drive the negotiation process with partners to obtain favorable agreements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that collaborative projects align with the company's goals and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market behavior to provide a basis for strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development within the Web3 or cryptocurrency industry, with a track record of successful partnership building and project execution.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, EVM compatibility, and Web3 infrastructure ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and technical departments.
  • Proficiency in market research and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks in the Web3 space.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for global collaboration.
  • Experience with remote work and time zone coordination, ensuring seamless communication with international stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SDK development, content creation workflows, and blockchain application integration processes.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence and influence.
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate partnership potential and ROI, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with Web3 gaming platforms, decentralized applications (dApps), and NFT ecosystems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments and stay updated with industry innovations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 community.
  • Experience with contract management, legal frameworks, and partnership agreements in the blockchain sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition in the Web3 space.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members in partnership development and market expansion initiatives.
  • Experience with cross-border collaboration and cultural sensitivity in global Web3 projects.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track partnership performance and market engagement metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in partnership execution and project management.
