Job Description
The Manta Ambassador Program is designed to cultivate a community of passionate advocates for on-chain privacy and zero-knowledge (ZK) technology. This initiative features two distinct roles: Wizard and Champion. The Wizard tier recognizes top-tier contributors who achieve specific milestones on the Manta Network, while the Champion tier elevates select individuals to lead promotional efforts and represent the network's values. The program offers tiered rewards, with Wizards receiving exclusive NFTs and the "Manta Wizard" character, and Champions gaining more substantial incentives for their active participation in advancing the Manta Network's visibility and adoption. This role is ideal for individuals eager to engage with cutting-edge blockchain innovations and contribute to the growth of privacy-focused decentralized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote the Manta Network through social media, content creation, and community engagement to increase its visibility and user base.
- Complete designated tasks on the Zealy platform to demonstrate commitment and progress toward achieving the Wizard status.
- Participate in network events, discussions, and educational initiatives to foster awareness of ZK technology and on-chain privacy concepts.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with other ambassadors to share insights, strategies, and experiences related to blockchain development.
- Represent the Manta Network's mission and values in public forums, forums, and online communities to build credibility and trust.
- Contribute to the creation of educational content, tutorials, and technical documentation to support the network's growth.
- Participate in the evaluation process for selecting Champions by demonstrating exceptional contributions and leadership potential.
- Engage in ongoing learning to stay updated on the latest advancements in blockchain technology, ZK protocols, and privacy solutions.
- Collaborate with the Manta Network team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the platform's features and user experience.
- Actively participate in the network's governance and decision-making processes to ensure alignment with its long-term goals.
Job Requirements
- Must be an active user of the Manta Network (formerly Zealy) who has reached level 10 on the network channel to qualify for the Wizard role.
- Must have a demonstrated passion for on-chain privacy, ZK technology, and blockchain innovation to be considered for ambassadorship.
- Must possess a foundational understanding of blockchain concepts, including smart contracts, cryptographic principles, and decentralized systems.
- Must have a strong interest in zero-knowledge technology and its applications in privacy-preserving blockchain solutions.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must have a proven track record of contributing to community growth through social media, content creation, or event participation.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of engagement and consistency in promoting the Manta Network's initiatives.
- Must have a basic understanding of NFTs and their role in blockchain ecosystems to appreciate the rewards offered.
- Must be willing to collaborate with other ambassadors and the Manta Network team to achieve shared objectives.
- Must have a commitment to staying informed about the latest developments in blockchain technology, ZK research, and privacy standards.
- Must be able to represent the Manta Network in a professional and ethical manner, upholding its core values of privacy and innovation.
- Must have a strong desire to grow as a blockchain advocate, with the potential to transition from Wizard to Champion based on contributions.
- Must be able to access and complete tasks on the Zealy platform (https://zealy.io/c/mantacalamarinetwork/questboard) to progress through the program.
- Must be able to submit applications through the designated Typeform link (https://ps376g8to9m.typeform.com/mantachampion) to officially join the ambassador program.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of active participation in the Manta Network to ensure sustained engagement and value contribution.
