Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Community Team: Actively engage and assist in maintaining community order, sharing the latest CESS updates, and addressing user queries. This includes fostering a positive environment, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the community remains informed and aligned with project goals.
• Technical Team: Participate in the development process of CESS's core technical team, helping to test and improve the code. This role involves collaborating with developers, identifying bugs, and contributing to the technical documentation and community support.
• Content Team: Create multimedia content such as articles, images, and videos that highlight CESS's mechanisms and values. This includes producing educational materials, tutorials, and promotional content to engage both existing and potential users.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication skills in your native language, with the ability to communicate effectively in English for international collaboration.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms to share content, engage with the community, and attract new members through targeted outreach and campaigns.
• Experience in organizing online and offline events, including workshops, webinars, and meetups, to strengthen community bonds and raise awareness about CESS.
• Technical aptitude for understanding blockchain and decentralized storage concepts, with the ability to assist in testing and debugging software systems.
• Language skills in multiple languages (e.g., Chinese, English, Spanish) to support localization efforts, translating content, wikis, and web assets for global accessibility.
• Passion for the CESS vision and commitment to promoting its values of decentralization, security, and sustainability through active participation and advocacy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on problem-solving, creativity, and community building.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems and blockchain technology to effectively engage with users and stakeholders.
• Experience in training and supporting CESS miners, providing guidance on technical operations and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including content creation, event coordination, and community management.
