Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing Power BI dashboards, conducting in-depth data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and optimizing Power BI dashboards, achieving data visualization, and supporting business decisions.
- Conduct exchange operation data analysis to provide in-depth insights and support business growth.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate communication and implementation of data analysis results.
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building and optimizing Power BI dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
