Backend Engineer at AstroX

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend functionalities for core exchange modules (spot, contracts, options, etc.)
• Design and implement service interfaces for trading matching, order management, and risk control systems
• Work with Spring Cloud microservices architecture to complete service decomposition, interface design, and performance optimization
• Write high-quality code while maintaining comprehensive unit tests and API documentation to ensure system stability and maintainability
• Participate in database (MySQL, Redis) design and optimization to ensure data consistency and high-concurrency performance
• Integrate message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka) for asynchronous decoupling and high-throughput processing
• Collaborate with risk control and security teams to implement anti-arbitrage, anti-money laundering, and abnormal monitoring logic
• Participate in new feature requirement reviews and provide technical solutions with risk assessment

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud microservices framework
• Minimum 5 years of development experience with hands-on experience in building high-concurrency systems from scratch
• Strong knowledge of Redis and MySQL with experience in database transactions, locking mechanisms, and sharding
• Familiar with message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka) and distributed system architecture
• Understanding of common security and risk control mechanisms (rate limiting, circuit breaking, anti-replay, idempotency)
• Experience in exchange, financial systems, or payment systems is preferred
• Bonus: Practical development experience with matching/rebate/agent/risk control mechanisms
