Key Responsibilities

• Global Business Development: Develop comprehensive strategies, identify key partners, and lead cross-border negotiations to expand market presence.
• Ecosystem Building: Drive blockchain alliances and partnerships, actively participate in industry events, and monitor emerging trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Resource Integration: Leverage existing industry connections and networks to create valuable partnerships and business opportunities.
• Cross-Cultural Communication: Facilitate seamless collaboration across global teams and stakeholders with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Additional Initiatives: Support leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives as required.

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and ecosystem dynamics
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
