This position focuses on expanding contract trading channels and building strong partnerships within the designated region. The role involves recruiting key stakeholders, understanding cryptocurrency trends, and engaging with target user groups to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore and develop new contract trading channels to expand market reach.
- Recruit agents, brokers, partners, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the region, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with target user groups, including deep users, to understand their needs and provide specialized services.
- Stay updated on the cryptocurrency industry, identify emerging trends, and provide timely feedback to the team.
- Organize and manage both online maintenance and offline activities for target users in the regional market.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and contract trading.
- Proven experience in business development, partnership recruitment, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and user needs to drive strategic initiatives.
