Job Description:
Location: Remote (Taiwan Market Focus)
Expand growth channels and partnership resources in Taiwan, including crypto KOLs (YouTube/X/Instagram/Threads), Telegram & LINE communities, media, and ecosystem partners.
Maintain and deepen long-term relationships with KOLs, community leaders, and agents, leading negotiations and execution of referral/rebate programs, content collaborations, AMAs, and co-branded events.
Track and analyze promotion and partnership data, propose optimization strategies, and implement improvements to continuously enhance ROI.
Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and product teams to align local market growth strategies with brand direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement in Taiwan.
- Identify and onboard high-potential KOLs and community partners to expand market reach.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with Taiwan's crypto KOL and community ecosystem, with the ability to quickly identify key accounts and their collaboration styles. Existing KOL/community/agent resources are a plus.
- 2+ years in BD/growth marketing/community operations (exchange, Web3 project, or agency experience preferred) OR deep understanding of Taiwan's crypto ecosystem as an active participant.
- Native proficiency in Mandarin/Traditional Chinese, with strong knowledge of Telegram and LINE community culture. Working English proficiency (primarily written) required.
- Bachelor's degree or above (any major); exceptional fresh graduates may be considered.
- Web3/crypto/derivatives trading/community operation experience preferred. Knowledge of perpetual contracts or on-chain trading ecosystems (e.g., Hyperliquid) is highly valued.
- Data-driven with proficiency in Notion/spreadsheets for pipeline management and ROI tracking.
- Clear communicator with strong persuasion skills, capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
