Job Description:
• Responsible for the growth and expansion of the futures trading business.
• Identify potential partnership opportunities and build long-term relationships with traders, KOLs, and community leaders.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to continuously increase trading volume and market share in target regions.
• Drive local market user growth and platform activity.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
• Experience in Business Development or Sales within a Web3 cryptocurrency exchange environment.
• Strong understanding of futures trading business.
• Vietnamese or CIS regional language proficiency is mandatory.
• English must be used as the interview language.
• Previous monthly futures trading volume performance of at least 30 million USD is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong business communication skills.
