Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development (BD) professional based in Taiwan to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our network of agents and driving business growth in the local market.
- Agent Acquisition: Develop and onboard new agents in the Taiwan market, ensuring smooth registration and activation.
- Social Media Management: Leverage expertise in local social media platforms to create and execute engaging content strategies.
- Relationship Maintenance: Foster long-term partnerships with agents to enhance loyalty, transaction volume, and engagement.
- Market Expansion: Analyze industry trends, identify potential partners, and explore new business opportunities.
- Performance Growth: Drive agent transactions to achieve sales targets and qualify for performance-based bonuses.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to address agent needs efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development within the exchange or financial sector (candidates with existing networks are preferred).
- Proven skills in client acquisition, market analysis, and negotiation.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong motivation to exceed targets and earn high commissions.
- Must be a native Taiwanese resident.
